New international trends in the organic sector meet at Biofach in Nuremberg, from February 14 to 17.
The World’s leading trade fair for organic food, with over 50,000 visitors and almost 3,000 exhibitors, has become a fixed yearly appointment for the most proactive companies in the industry as well as a magnet for visitors in search for the latest trends. Biolab will be there, too, like every year: over the last months, the enterprise has recorded a 30% increase in its presence on the foreign market.
The admission criteria for exhibitors at Biofach are very strict: international certifications are required, among which the BRC (grade AA) and IFS (higher level) Global Standards, which Biolab has been awarded for the fourth year in a row.
Biolab has several new products in store for Biofach 2018: the Burger and Miniburger line is available in seven classic flavours: tofu-based with millet, spelt, spinach, tempeh and adzuki beans, rice and seaweed and seitan and onion, as well as in for new varieties: pumpkin and turmeric, olives and capers, radicchio and “pizzaiola”.
Also showcased at the Biolab stand will be the vegetarian Frichetti, bite-sized cheese and potato fritters, vegan Frico, tofu cutlets and mini cutlets, a well as the vegan Panariselle with pesto.
