Crostini with veg-roastbeef and figs

Ingredients
for 2 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 - Vegan Cold Cuts – Speck Style
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 100 gr cheese spread (also plant-based if desired)
  • 4 figs

Preparation

  • Cut the bread into slices about 2 cm thick and toast them.

  • Spread the cheese onto each slice and add the veg-roastbeef on top.

  • Clean the figs, cut them into rounds and place them on top of the crostini.

  • Serve immediately.
