Ingredients
for 4 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 - Natural tofu
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • to taste turmeric
  • to taste salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with oil.

  • Add the carrots and courgettes cut into small cubes.

  • Continue cooking until the vegetables are cooked but crispy.

  • Add the crumbled tofu and turmeric.

  • Stir and keep cooking until the tofu turns golden brown.

  • Serve with rice or in a wrap.
