Earth Day: Biolab renews its call to reduce meat consumption

Today, April 22nd, ๐„๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ is being celebrated around the world. It is a valuable opportunity to ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ฌ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ž๐ง๐ฏ๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ and to reflect on the actions needed to protect our planet.

Among these actions, the adoption of a #plantbased diet is always at the centre of the debate. In this Huffington Post article, Biolab is cited as one of the leading advocates of this change:

It has also spoken out against the regulation banning ๐‘š๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘ก ๐‘ ๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘›๐‘‘๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” names, such as seitan steaks and soy burgers โ€” pointing out that the French Conseil d’ร‰tat blocked a similar measure, and that an Austrian court also ruled in favour of a company accused of misleading consumers by using meat sounding names.”
