Ingredients
for 4 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    250 g - Natural tofu
  • 100 g dark chocolate 70%
  • 10 g bitter cocoa powder
  • 100 ml soy milk
  • 60 g agave syrup
  • to taste vanilla extract
  • to taste cocoa beans

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

  • Using an immersion blender, blend the melted chocolate, tofu, cocoa powder and agave syrup.

  • When you have a good emulsion, add the vanilla extract.

  • Pour the mousse into 4 small glass ramequins and place in the fridge until set.

  • Serve with cocoa bean crumble to give the mousse an extra touch.
