PAN ROASTED POTATOES
Ingredients
for 4 people
- 1 - Vegan Cold Cuts – Bacon Style
- 5 potatoes
- 1 white onion
- to taste salt, pepper, olive oil
Preparation
Boil water.
Cut the potatoes into pieces.
When the water boils, throw in the potatoes and cook until tender but not completely cooked.
In the meantime, fry the onion in oil until soft and then add the chopped veg bacon.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them to the onion and veg bacon, stirring frequently. If necessary, pour in some more water from time to time.
Adjust the salt and pepper.
The dish is ready when the potatoes have formed a light crust.
