Ingredients

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 -
  • 1 leek
  • 1 plant based cream
  • 320 gr short cut pasta
  • to taste white wine
  • to taste salt, pepper, extravirgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Slice the leek thinly.

  • Pour it into a saucepan with a little oil and cook until soft.

  • Add the crumbled Biolab mini sausages, sauté until well cooked, and deglaze with a little white wine to taste.

  • Add the plant-based cream to make the sauce creamy.

  • Boil the water and throw in the pasta, add salt.

  • Cook the pasta for a few minutes less than the package calls for, strain it and toss it in the pan with the sauce until cooked through.
