Pasta with leek and veg sausages
for 4 people
- 1 - Mini vegetarian sausages
- 1 leek
- 1 plant based cream
- 320 gr short cut pasta
- to taste white wine
- to taste salt, pepper, extravirgin olive oil
Slice the leek thinly.
Pour it into a saucepan with a little oil and cook until soft.
Add the crumbled Biolab mini sausages, sauté until well cooked, and deglaze with a little white wine to taste.
Add the plant-based cream to make the sauce creamy.
Boil the water and throw in the pasta, add salt.
Cook the pasta for a few minutes less than the package calls for, strain it and toss it in the pan with the sauce until cooked through.
