TEMPEH CHIPS
Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Preparation
In a bowl mix together onion, garlic, paprika, salt and brown sugar.
Cut the tempeh into thin slices or triangles.
Arrange the tempeh on the tray, add the oil and half the spices.
Flip the tempeh and repeat the process.
Bake at 190° for 10 minutes.
Flip the tempeh to the other side and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until Tempeh will be crispy.
