Ingredients
for 2 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 package - Natural tofu
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • to taste salt, pepper, olive oil
  • to accompany basmati rice

Preparation

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil.

  • Add curry and turmeric and mix well, then add grated ginger.

  • Add the cubed tofu and let it saute for a few minutes.

  • Add the coconut milk and let it cook for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    If the sauce reduces too much, add some water.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with basmati rice.
