We use our two new autoclaves to pasteurize and thus ensure microbiological stability over time.

Thanks to their considerable capacity they are able to safeguard the entire production quickly, ensuring the highest possible quality.

The investment was made with a long-term perspective in mind: the autoclaves have the ability to work under overpressure and reach temperatures above 100 degrees C.

Such a heat treatment would be necessary should we decide to extend our product range to preserves, sauces, or other products preserved in glass jars.
