CHICKPEAS PIADINA STUFFED WITH TOFU
Ingredients

- 50 g chickpea flour
- 100 g water
- 1 teaspoon oil
- to taste salt
- to taste rosemary
- to taste dry tomatoes
Preparation
Put the chickpea flour in a bowl, add the water and mix everything with a whisk.
Add the oil, salt and rosemary and keep mixing for a few minutes.
Let the dough rest for about twenty minutes.
In the meantime, heat a non-stick pan and then add the dough thus forming the piadina.
For the filling, heat the tofu with herbs together with the sun-dried tomatoes in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes.
Stuff the piadina and serve hot.
