Ingredients
for 2 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 package - Herbal tofu
  • 50 g chickpea flour
  • 100 g water
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste rosemary
  • to taste dry tomatoes

Preparation

  • Put the chickpea flour in a bowl, add the water and mix everything with a whisk.

  • Add the oil, salt and rosemary and keep mixing for a few minutes.

  • Let the dough rest for about twenty minutes.

  • In the meantime, heat a non-stick pan and then add the dough thus forming the piadina.

  • For the filling, heat the tofu with herbs together with the sun-dried tomatoes in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes.

  • Stuff the piadina and serve hot.
