- 2 packages - Leaf spinach burger
- 10 g flour
- 50 g provola cheese
- 20 g of parmesan
- 100 ml of milk
- 1/2 onion
- to taste butter
- to taste nutmeg
- to taste pepper
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Peel and chop the onion, then fry it lightly with a knob of butter in a pan.
Add nutmeg and salt.
Add the flour, toast it lightly.
Heat the milk, without bringing it to the boil, in a saucepan or in the microwave; then add it to the pan and cook until the mixture thickens.
Add the parmesan, mixing well, without allowing the mixture to reduce too much: add a drop of water or milk if necessary.
Season with salt and pepper and turn off.
Place the Leaf Spinach Burger in a lightly greased baking dish and cover it with the mixture, then grate the provola cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, then turn on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Serve freshly baked.
