Ingredients
for 2 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    2 packages - Leaf spinach burger
  • 10 g flour
  • 50 g provola cheese
  • 20 g of parmesan
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1/2 onion
  • to taste butter
  • to taste nutmeg
  • to taste pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Peel and chop the onion, then fry it lightly with a knob of butter in a pan.

  • Add nutmeg and salt.

  • Add the flour, toast it lightly.

  • Heat the milk, without bringing it to the boil, in a saucepan or in the microwave; then add it to the pan and cook until the mixture thickens.

  • Add the parmesan, mixing well, without allowing the mixture to reduce too much: add a drop of water or milk if necessary.

  • Season with salt and pepper and turn off.

  • Place the Leaf Spinach Burger in a lightly greased baking dish and cover it with the mixture, then grate the provola cheese on top.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, then turn on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Serve freshly baked.
