Ingredients
for 2 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 - Herbal tofu
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 80 gr arugula
  • to taste grated cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste extravirgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Drain the tofu and blot it with kitchen paper to remove as much liquid as possible.

  • Cut it into thin slices (about 2 mm).

  • Place in a container and season with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  • Close with a lid and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

  • Drain the tofu and lay it on a bed of arugula, add grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil or a few tablespoons of marinade.
