tofu carpaccio
Ingredients
for 2 people
- 1 - Herbal tofu
- 1/2 lemon
- 80 gr arugula
- to taste grated cheese
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste extravirgin olive oil
Preparation
Drain the tofu and blot it with kitchen paper to remove as much liquid as possible.
Cut it into thin slices (about 2 mm).
Place in a container and season with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Close with a lid and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Drain the tofu and lay it on a bed of arugula, add grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil or a few tablespoons of marinade.
