Tofu sticks with herbs and breadcrumbs
for 2 people
- 1 - Herbal tofu
- 2 eggs
- to taste breadcrumbs
- to taste aromatic herbs
- to taste salt, pepper, oil
Remove the tofu from the package and pat it dry.
Cut it into slices that are not too thin.
Prepare the herb and breadcrumb mix by combining the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Dip the tofu first in the eggs (or vegetable milk) and then in the breadcrumb mix.
Repeat this process twice.
Fry in a nonstick skillet on both sides or bake in the oven.
Serve as an appetizer or as a main course accompanied by a side of seasonal vegetables.
