Tofu sticks with herbs and breadcrumbs
Ingredients
for 2 people
                    - 
                              
- 2 eggs
- to taste breadcrumbs
- to taste aromatic herbs
- to taste salt, pepper, oil
Preparation
- Remove the tofu from the package and pat it dry. 
- Cut it into slices that are not too thin. 
- Prepare the herb and breadcrumb mix by combining the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. 
- Dip the tofu first in the eggs (or vegetable milk) and then in the breadcrumb mix. 
- Repeat this process twice. 
- Fry in a nonstick skillet on both sides or bake in the oven. 
- Serve as an appetizer or as a main course accompanied by a side of seasonal vegetables.
