Tofu sticks with herbs and breadcrumbs

Ingredients
for 2 people

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 - Herbal tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • to taste breadcrumbs
  • to taste aromatic herbs
  • to taste salt, pepper, oil

Preparation

  • Remove the tofu from the package and pat it dry.

  • Cut it into slices that are not too thin.

  • Prepare the herb and breadcrumb mix by combining the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Dip the tofu first in the eggs (or vegetable milk) and then in the breadcrumb mix.

  • Repeat this process twice.

  • Fry in a nonstick skillet on both sides or bake in the oven.

  • Serve as an appetizer or as a main course accompanied by a side of seasonal vegetables.
