Ingredients

  • Prodotto Biolab
    1 package - Vegan Cold Cuts – Cooked Ham Style
  • 3 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 3 tablespoons vegan majo
  • 100 g of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 bull's-eye tomatoes
  • 1 red onio
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  • In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and, once the temperature has been reached, fry the red onion, in finely chopped slices or diced. Use as much as you like. Once you have reached the desired degree of cooking, turn off the heat and use the pan to lightly sear the tomato slices.

  • Toast all three slices of wholemeal bread, as crispy as you want them. Take a slice of toast and spread the mayo on one side only. Take a portion of salad, followed by the tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

  • Place 3 slices of vegan cold cuts “Leggerezza di Cotto”, followed by 2 slices of cheese of your choice (thin slices or other finely chopped cheese of your choice).

  • Take another slice of toast and spread the mayo on both sides, before placing it on top of what you have prepared so far. Add the other slices of cheese, followed by the other 3 slices of vegan cold cuts “Leggerezza di Cotto”, the tomatoes, onions and lettuce.

  • Take the last slice of toast, spread the mayonnaise and place it on top of your Club Sandwich.
    Close it with a bamboo toothpick and cut it to serve!
